In the first instance you will need to be a business partner of NLIFA. The club is designed for the elite business partners currently operating with NLIFA.

Millionaires Club members demonstrate an exceptional level of motivation, enterprise and ambition. They are selected in based upon current results and the aspiration to develop an annual £1m turnover business within the Financial Services sector.
Club membership is free to those who have been successful in gaining entry. However, a significant commitment is required from all those who aspire to join.
The club is headed up by Mark Hobbs who acts as a non-executive director to all member businesses. There is weekly interaction, monthly strategic management meetings of all members and assessment of objectives/results in terms of recruitment and new business also undertaken monthly.
All members attend quarterly conferences where management excellence and success principles are taught. These are two day events where speakers are engaged to deliver seminars designed to improve the standard of excellence in every business within the club. All speakers bring with them a significant track record in small business development. Most of them are internationally recognised.

Overview of our proposition
Plotting your road map to prosperity
We are an experienced business established over 10 years ago. Our offices are based in Sittingbourne, Kent.
We are able to offer a route map to a career as either a Financial Planner, Mortgage Adviser or Will Writer with full training and support and are actively seeking individuals who wish to change or further their careers or return to work following redundancy or bringing up their families on a self- employed basis.
Our philosophy is that Advisers should spend their time meeting clients rather than doing paperwork so we offer our advisers a full administrative and Para-planning service enabling them to do this.

Mentoring and support is offered by our experienced Adviser for those on training. Office facilities are available, however our advisers can be home based and do not need to be local to us.
In addition to all this we provide excellent remuneration packages.
Structure
We have the following departments:
Sales
The Sales department is managed by Angela Melanophy, who is a Financial Adviser with 20 years' experience in the financial Services industry. She is qualified to DipFA and CeRER. She is responsible for the sales team and helps our advisers and will writers to grow their businesses within our framework by mentoring and supporting them.
Administration
The Administration department is managed by Perri Wood, who is responsible for providing with her assistants a full admin support and Para-planning service for the sales team.
Angela and Perri are co-owners of the business.
Equity Assured
I have been a mortgage advisor since 2004 and started working for Countrywide Mortgage Services in their Mann Countrywide Estate Agents in Ashford Kent where I remained up to late 2007.
The dramatic change in the availability of credit and swift decline of the mortgage market prompted me to leave this employed position and after a year or so of working on a self employed basis with a local mortgage brokers I established Equity Assured Financial Services.
Having now recruited some experienced advisors into the team we have started to diversify away from reliance on mortgages and now look more seriously at other financial services products such as wills & insurance. With this in mind we aim to recruit other advisors (experienced or not) who would like to be part of this positive team.
New recruits into the business will have a mentor allocated to them, a senior and experienced advisor from which they will receive advice, guidance, support and most importantly will work together on sales achieved by the senior advisor. This gives the trainee a unique opportunity to start learning immediately & start earning immediately. In time through experience and training the junior will become the senior, whereupon we will wish to allocate a trainee to work with them in a para-planner type role.

Another aim of Equity Assured is to recruit a team of will writers. These guys will be developing their own business's within Equity Assured, however will also work closely with the senior advisors so that potential sales opportunities can be established.
Having this 2 stage sales process ensures maximum chances of conversion of leads and also releases the senior consultants from the mundane application & sales chasing process after the advise/sale has been made. Senior consultants will be trained in marketing tactics as too will will writers.
Equity Assured also has an opportunity for an IFA to join the team. Referrals will be made.
Therefore Equity Assured is looking for...
- Experienced Advisors who want to earn a great commission split and will be free from the mundane application process in return for passing on their knowledge to trainees
- Trainee Advisors who would like the opportunity to learn the skills required to succeed in todays tough market.
- Will Writers wishing to develop their business's alongside the advisors with the possibility of developing their skills later by becoming advisors.

Simon started working in Financial Services in August 2006. He is married to Elaine and recently celebrated their 25th Anniversary. They have 3 children (Germma,Natasha and Jack) for whom he is extremely proud.

Although his sporting days are now a fading memory he still attempts to remain fit by attending his local gym, although it seems to be a losing battle!

Based near the centre of Leeds and with over 14 years experience in the mortgage industry David Stringer heads our team of knowledgeable and dedicated staff. Supported by his wife Shona, David is a family man with 3 young children so understands the importance of time management and is readily available to speak to his clients at whichever time suits them best.

Our Plan
