ONLINE - You will have full access to the complete suite of learning materials on our website. Resources include Audio training sessions, Mind Maps, Tests and Handouts.
TUTOR - During normal business hours you will also have email & telephone support from our tutors.
WORKSHOPS - 4 days per month for CeMAP® 1 and 4 days for CeMAP® 2/3 in Southend. You can attend as many workshops as you wish in either location until you pass.

The Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice (CeMAP®) is a qualification offered by the ifs School of Finance. CeMAP® is incorporated in to the National Qualifications Framework at level three. Once you have this in the bag you can commence training with us and we will mentor you to competent adviser status and then onto protection specialist marketing; life assurance, income protection, critical illness and private medical insurance then onto equity release enabling those equity rich but cash poor to release cash and even to financial adviser marketing pensions and investments.

CeMAP® comprises of three modules. Modules 1 and 2 both have defined learning outcomes designed to give you the knowledge and understanding required to operate as mortgage advisers. Module 3 consists of objectivity tested questions designed to test your ability to apply the knowledge gained in modules 1 and 2.

Pay only one fee and stay with us until you pass that module.
Everything from ordering your course material to registering you for your exam is arranged by us.
All the key subjects are taught with full reviews and practice exams supplied during the course.
We provide on-line access to the ´New Leaf LifeLine´ which takes all the ´noise´ out of the course and mind maps every page of the book. When you understand it and apply it, you will pass.
Our CeMAP® exam papers and revision notes are free when you register for any of our courses and are all on-line.
