TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR TRAINING

  1. Once any money has been paid for any course it is non-refundable.
  2. We will train you until you pass within your area of study.
  3. You can be deferred to the next course for CeMAP, if you have already paid, only once if unforeseen circumstances arise which stops you attending the course you originally booked onto.
  4. Once you have paid for your course this will not be refunded at any time and you have one year's training from the date of your first course.
  5. Once full payment has been made for a CeMAP/DipFA/Will Writing course we will only change your course dates provided we have another delegate to take your place on the original course.
  6. If you were to fail this examination the guarantee would be invalid if you fail to follow the instructions then given to you, in relation to revision, by your tutor.
