The ideal candidate will be in charge of the organization and efficiency of daily office operations.

From scheduling client meetings, to communicating between departments, you will be responsible for completing multi-level tasks in a professional and timely manner.

You will need to be able to work swiftly but accurately whether that be as part of the team or independently. Training will be provided but some experience would be beneficial.


  • General administration of clients files.
  • E-mail / Phone calls to clients, providers and professional introducers.
  • Running marketing campaigns / Booking seminar dates.
  • Preparation of client's application forms, letters and reports
  • General office duties, greeting clients


  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
